These Terms govern your use of the Stockrankr app and website, operated by Sirius Wealth Pty Ltd (trading as Stockrankr), ABN 22 619 278 992 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Stockrankr, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
Stockrankr provides objective, data-driven rankings of stocks, ETFs, and funds based on historical return, risk, and risk-adjusted return metrics. Stockrankr does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Stockrankr.

3. Subscriptions
Certain features (e.g. additional custom lists, [other paid features]) require a paid subscription, purchased via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, scrape data at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property
All content, rankings, methodology, and branding within Stockrankr are owned by Sirius Wealth Pty Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our rankings or data without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
Stockrankr is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or ranking shown in the app.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirius Wealth Pty Ltd is not liable for any investment losses, damages, or decisions made based on information in the app.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
